HIIT

45 minutes. All levels. Every result.
Small-group HIIT classes where beginners and regulars train side by side — work at your own level, and nobody finishes last.

What's is a HIIT class?

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training — short bursts of effort with proper rests in between. It’s one of the most time-efficient ways to build fitness, burn energy, and feel genuinely stronger, all in 45 minutes.

At Fit Farm it’s done in small groups — capped at 14 — and sessions include battle ropes, TRX, boxing, bodyweight work, cardio and free weights. Carl is there to watch, correct, and provide you with alternative exercises if necessary so you’re always working at the level most suitable for you.

Who is it for?

Everyone from 16 years old and up — genuinely. If you’ve never done a class in your life, you’ll be shown an easier version of anything that’s beyond you, and can follow the regulars until it clicks. If you’re fit already, you’ll be pushed. Nobody keeps score, nobody’s watching you, and nobody finishes last.

Your first class — what to expect

  • Buy your taster session on the website — £12, credited back as an extra class if you go on to buy a block — then book into the class you’d like to attend. We’ll send you a short PAR-Q health form to complete beforehand

  • Arrive ten minutes early so Carl can say hello and learn about any injuries or worries.

  • A proper warm-up as a group — nothing starts cold.

  • The workout — Carl demonstrates where it’s needed and offers an easier option if something doesn’t suit you. If you’re unsure, follow one of the regulars; everyone here was new once.

  • A cool-down and stretch — and probably a laugh. People stay and chat.

Wear comfortable clothes and trainers, bring water. That’s it.
