HIIT

CLASSES

Our HIIT classes are open to all and are run weekly on a Monday & Wednesday evening at 6.15pm*

 

The class covers a wide range of activities including battle ropes, TRX, boxing, bodyweight exercises, cardio training and free weights.

Spaces are limited to 8 people

Total time of class is 1hr.

 

Purchase your taster plan here and then book in to one of the scheduled classes and and see whether the class works for you before committing to a package of sessions.  An additional class will be added to any subsequent plan sign up to cover the cost of your taster session.

The HIIT takes place at the following time:

Monday & Wednesday - 6.15pm - Open to all*

* Minimum age requirement is 16 years
