Our Nutrition package is ideal for anyone who would like to follow or is following a healthy diet but sometimes struggles to think of new and tasty options that tick all the right nutrition boxes.

Available to all our Personal Training clients and through our "Plus" packages, every month there are 12 new delicious recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and smoothie options.
All recipes are beautifully photographed and come with easy to follow instructions together with an ingredient shopping list, a suggested meal planner and are all bar coded to be compatible with MyFitnessPal.
