Service Description

This course is designed specifically to promote fat loss through carefully monitored exercise and nutrition. It consists of 3 x H.I.I.T classes and 2 x 1 to 1 training sessions each week, combined with a healthy eating plan and full stat monitoring to give you the best chance of success.
